Your P-socks are beautiful. They are the new Jaywalkers, aren't they?

I'm working on my second P-sock, and I hadn't thought about symmetry.

Your socks are lovely! I think you are right - that pattern is going to be ubiquitous - glad you caught it early! :) The yarn you used is great!

Love the bird pics!

The color looks great and even if they are not symmetrical the pattern is very funky. Makes you wish at times it was more socially acceptable to wear sandals with cool socks. :)

Thanks! Moody Gardens Rainforest is this enclosed pyramid with lots of birds and some other animals around. The fighting parrots were in the pyramid, but the flamingos were sleeping outdoors. I'm not sure if parrots roam free in TX or not...

Congratulations on the finished Pomatomi, they look lovely! I was thinking of making them symmetrical as well, but also too late ;-)
I have to ask this stupid question but the above birds are not free roaming at your place? Moody Gardens is a kind of zoo, am I right? I am just wondering because you had a bet on the monkeys (sorry you lost) and in a zoo they would always be there, isn't it?
