I made a bunch of gifts for people for xmas, and the first was this scarf for my mother-in-law - Vintage Velvet from Scarf Style. Rather than using the Meunch Touch Me yarn called for in the pattern, I used some smooth wool yarn that I picked up in Florence this past summer. I really like this pattern - it went very quickly, and the reversible cable is a certainly a crowd-pleaser.

Momscarf - eyelet pattern knitted with Berroco Cotton Twist yarn. The yarn was very splitty.
